Thanks 4 the advice, but they said coz i was on a pre-payed meter i couldn't have a refund:???: Anyone know if thats true or anything else that could help me!!!

when i moved into my property 3 yrs ago. there wasn't a gas meter, it was capped off due to last residents failure to pay. i had a new meter installed and s****c who were was chosen supplier. from then till recently i didn't have a bill, but it was a pre-payment meter so i didn't worry, kept my receipts. until recently my payments went astray, but were found again. I'm £600.00 in credit so they tell me. but because its a pre-paid meter i can't have a refund. anyone had the same or know anything that good help I'm frustrated
