I've jus started trying to reclaim my PPI from LTSB and was hoping for some tips, so far they have offered me reduced amount with interest, but I cant seem to get them to clear how much interest will be added:evil:, mainly if it includes the interest on the whole sum from the start date of the loan, they are also insisting the payment is deducted from my loan:evil:, where as i want the money in my current account, has anyone got any ideas that can help!!!!!!!. This has been dragging on for 2 months now, my claim has recently been handed to a team leader, is this good?
