  1. thank you will give the letter a go
  2. no everything was done over the phone. Tried phoning again today and they kept me on hold for 25 mins then cut me off
  3. Hi just wondering if anyone has experienced the same and can advise me what to do next. I applied for a loan with yes loans and they took a £49 processing fee off me. I phoned and asked for it back as i did not take up the loan, they gave me an email address for me to write to to claim it back but the address doesnt exist. When i phone up they tell me they dont deal with it over the phone and i have to use the email address given.
  4. no I didnt all i got to inform me i was overdue a payment was a statement where on the bottom it said you are overdue by however much
  5. no it didnt its not even the end of the loan its just the end of the agreement to pay the £450 instead of the £270 to catch up.
  6. do you know of anything i can do the only reason they reimbursed 700 was because i was unable to pay my rent, bills and other payments as they left me with £100 in my account. They took £1100 in the first week of this month then another £300 ten days later.
  7. and yes i do pay by direct debit out of a lloyds account and apparently lloyds authorised the payment
  8. since starting to make the £450 pound payments over a year ago there has been no late payments at all they said they had done it as it had come to the end of the agreement but there was no warnings given at all.
  9. There was arrears on the account the normal amount I pay is £270 but I am currently paying £450 pm to get back up to date with the arrears. Only charges incured was on credit cards and bills that couldn't get paid because of them clearing the account of all my money
  10. please can anyone help me I have a marks and spencers credit card when i first got it a few months ago the payment was missed which was entirely my fault because it came out at the end of the month which i wasn't expecting therefore the money wasn't there to pay for it. When I missed this payment they sent me a letter saying I would have to provide them with new bank details as they had cancelled my direct debit. I contacted them and they said my account was now up to date and they had re instated my direct debit and my payment would now be taken at the beginning of the month. After 2 months I received a letter saying I owed 2 months payments which was a suprise as the money has always been in the account to pay it. When i contacted them again they said it was because the direct debit had been cancelled by the bank and said they would never cancel a direct debit as they were unable to do this. When I phoned the bank they said marks and spencers had cancelled it and sent me proof. Because of all this m&s have added late payment charges to my account which is unfair as it is there fault and they also informed the credit default people so my credit rating had been affected because of them. Is there anything I can do. Thank you
  11. hello please can anyone help. I currently pay £450 to repay a loan with lloyds this month they took £1400 with no notice at all. Because of this I have been unable to pay other bills and i am been charged for missing payments. Lloyds loan finally agreed to give £750 back which took 5 days and even now they have only given £700 back. Is there anything I can do. Thank you
