1. Well .... nightmare!!! Husband has just phoned the ESA dept to sign off from 1 October 2013. He was treated terribly . As he migrated over to ESA from IB he has only been claiming for 9 weeks and not the 15 weeks, so therefore not entitled to anything if he wants to go back. He was then told that he has now cheated benefit fraud of 9 days (although according to their website you have up till 5 weeks to inform them of working)? His last payment was yesterday. He does not got paid until end of the month and told them that, only to be told you have committed fraud and no your not entitled to any help.# Is there anyone that can help any further?
2. ASIIndustries Many thanks for your reply - I will remember in future not to bump my own posts! thank you for that web link that's a great help!!
3. My husband who was on the old IB then moved on to ESA, he was put into the WRAG group for ESA. He started a full time job on Friday which is fantastic and he can work from home which is even better due to his medical conditions. My questions are: He will be informing them today of his new current situation. is there anything he would be entitled to as he will changing to monthly pay? If for some reason he finds that he is too ill to continue with work, can he be put back into the same category within a certain timescale or will this become a new claim? Many thanks
4. Hi there I received a new updated amount from tax credits. The problem is for 13/14 they are calculating the benefit to be received from 09/10. Is this correct?
5. Hi there my husband has just received a letter today regarding the change from IB to ESA. The letter has stated that they will contact him within the next 2 weeks. The questionnaire they refer to is called Limited Capability for Work. As I work full time, I normally deal with all calls and forms etc ... What happens with this call? Do you have to answer? He is not in any state to talk to anyone, can I request that the necessary paperwork be sent for completion? Does the money stop until this has all been sorted? I am better to contact CAB/Disability Action with regards to completion of the form. As I have read this will also have a impact on me as because of my earnings as I work full time with 2 kids 16 and 11.
6. so stop paying them straight away? and start paying studio directly - so what happens then? lots a phone calls again? lol PPI letter attached
7. Well I am paying Robinson Way as requested, yes balance has fallen, don't have latest letter but as of 13 March 2012 balance was £2381.08. I have attached this letter incase I am mistaken about them selling account to Robinson Way. Studio is Express Gifts!
8. the default was in Aug 2011 - so this is an update!
9. signed up with noodle - oh dear Express Gifts Limited £ 2,044 01/10/2012 Default
10. Yes I do have letters from Robbersway looking for payment every month and have checked the previous ones and the amount has only reduced by the payments made by me! Haven't checked the CRA file?? I will post up the PPI letter this evening when I get home from work! Thanks
11. Yes that is the documents I have received from Studio! Although I took the charges of information from a breakdown of transactions received from them, it does not state anything about no interest being charged, which is a bit strange. They are basically saying that they are making payment to my account, That would be great if that was the case. As my account is with Robinson Way who I am paying every month, Studio are therefore not taking any notice of my letter to make payment to myself! So even with requesting the refund of charges and PPI again, what do I ask this time since they are still ignoring my request.
12. I did do the SAR and the PPI questionnaire! all I received back was statement like documents showing all the charges etc - if I remember this PPI was taken over the phone!
13. ok will do!! Thanks again and I slapped my own hand
14. Hi Ims21 I have attached the letter received!

Yes I know - too many things going on! Received letter back from MBNA - basically "charges were not over the £12, therefore they do not feel this is appropriate to make any refund". Another LBA ?
16. Just been busy with other stuff! Ok will resend the prelim letter and yes will definitely keep an eye on all of this - so many going on now ... Thanks
17. Paid about £83 in PPI from Dec 2006 - Feb 2008. I received letter back saying that they are not able to uphold the complaint and that this response is their final response unless this is through FOS! Any ideas what to do next? thanks!
18. Got a letter back regarding the charges! They are not prepared to pay out "we are satisfied that our charges of £12 are in line with our actual and estimated costs". So what do I do now? Do I need to go the court route? Thanks!
19. sorry for taking so long to get back to you! i didnt receive an email !!! anyway I have the account so long cant remember how I opened it - something telling me this was done by a leaflet through the door!!!
