Just putting my nundle together - straighforward enough - apart from the Terms and Conditions.......the account was opened in 1999. So do I need to get the T&C's from the branch or just download all the amendments as per the document resource on this beautiful site?

Chester.... ...I should point out that I am doing this for my mother. She is so resigned to the fact that she will not get a penny, which obvioulsy makes me more determined to do this right for her! She was charged £40 last month for being .75p overdrawn. Lloyds TSB are hideous.

Hi Barty, Firstly - I appreciate the help I asked mothr dearest to scan the letters - no mention of 'embarrasing' or details being insufficient.

I am doing this for my mother - so I am having to summarise: How much of the claim do you dispute? - ALL Do you dispute because you have settled? - NO Defence: Confiming account details Terms & Conditions Behaviour No breech of contract Advance warnings Fair & reasonable charges Notifed in plain english of charges If you wish to make a counter claim? - NO Is this enough?

THANKS for the help so far guys. I recieved this today: NOTICE OF TRANSFER OF PROCEEDINGS It Shows the transfer to a local court. Then on the same page ORDER - Without hearing that the Allocation Questionnaire be dispensed with in this case unless the District Judge at the court of transfer orders otherwise. However the affected party has 14 Days to apply to have this order set aside. It also shows the defence Claim which they are defending under 5 points Which when I read it, the defence looks fairly comprehensive with fancy words dates and regulations being quoted. What next? Will the local court contact me? M

Hi guys, I filed a claim on-line, the MCOL page now states the claim is being defended (07/06/07). I received a Notice of Issue. Do I now just wait out until I recieve something more from the court? And that needs to be here from 28 after the claim date (07/06/07)? Cheers for any info in advance.
