Hello!! Don't do anything other than send a copy of any letters to your receiver and notify them by letter or email of any threats. You owe nothing as from the second you were declared bankrupt. That's it forever, they are trying their luck. We had this problem also and I still get the odd letter as a reminder you know, which reeeeeely annoys me, but no-one can get anything out of you. Being discharged does not mean the debts come back. Take care

I too have rec this letter recently. Is it a copy for my files, or do I actually have to do anything? Can't believe after nearly two years, we've had something from the bank. The letter states that the claimant needs to serve on the defendant an amended P of C with a prperly verified statement of truth with reasonable grounds for continuing within six weeks, the claim will be struck out. It says the order has been made without a hearing and I can apply t the court within 7 days to set it aside. It also says something about Abbeys court costs which I will have to pay as I am not expected to win!! Well , what does this mean in simple english? Is it a standard letter as there are no reference numbers anywhere, not even our names! MM. now what? Any ideas? Thank you!!

Because National Homestudy are going under various names as they are under investigation by watchdog, trading standards, OFT ofqual etc. They were prosecuted in 2004 for issuing certificates which are not accredited and now are being investigated for fraud. They go under national home studies, college of learning, bcm, interfaculty, parapscychologists, you name it, they do it. So if the post code is the same as the one I gave you, it is them.

What address do you have for this company? It wouldnt be 27 Old Gloucester Street London would it? Or a postal code of WC1N 3XX?

I really couldnt have done it without you. I am very pleased to be able to tell you all that we are now discharged from BR. 7 MONTHS TO THE DAY OF FILING. I cant begin to tell you what a relief it is to be able to inject some normality into our lives. Next step is continuing the bank charges battle along with everyone else!! Thank you once again.
