My Smart car is still under warranty until August 07. It was bought privately in 2006 with 13K miles. My local main dealer has recently found 4 transportation clips/chox were all still in place and should have been removed during PDI. The car has travelled 23K miles on compressed suspension. The alloys have been mis-shapened and the suspension is noisy. One wheel was so badly damaged by a pot hole that it could no longer provide an air seal with the tyre and I have paid £200 to replace it. I have an invoice from the supplying dealership confirming they charged £159 to carry out the PDI. I have written to them twice (24 May & 8 June 07) without reply. Please advise course of action I should now take. Many thanks
