  1. Hi hedgeyo6 I had a great weekend, and hope you are doing well! Phoned the county courts on Monday, and they said i would need to send them all correspondence (copies) to them. I asked them about the hearing date, and they said they would send something out to me in due course, as they are very busy. Haven't heard anything more from Nat West. What can I do in the mean time, regarding my bundle of papers for court? What type of information would I need to take? Jabreeze:cool:
  2. Hi hedgey06 Thanks for you quick response. I am going to phone the court on Monday and ask them for a update. Will also send them a covering letter and the letter i sent cobbets. 3. Hi hedgey06 Not too familiar with the terminology you are using MCOL and N1, can explain what they mean, thanks. Well the history is, started my claim with Nat West way back in February 07, the refused my first letter, then i sent a second letter. They sent me a offer for £1,900, which i did not accept, so i posted my claim online to the small courts. I waited the duration and Nat West sent in a defence to the courts. Cobbets wrote me a letter requesting further evidence, regarding my charges, so i sent them the letter attached with my original letter and the list of all my charges for £4,998 including interest. The courts have now written me, requesting me to send all further communication to them, but i am not sure if i need to send them the letter below, which i sent cobbetts. Do i need to phone the courts regarding my hearing, as i have not yet received a date yet, or do i wait, and at what stage do i start collating my evidence for court? Am i asking too much questions! 8. Hi I am jabreeze I am currently trying to claim my bank charges back from NatWest. I filed my first letter in February 07 and now they want to defend it in court. I am waiting for the courts to serve me with my court date. The problem is that Cobbets sent me some papers yesterday, which is all baby talk to me. They are asking for further evidence from me. Can anyone advise me what other evidence do they need? Thanks jabreeze
