  1. I am fuming my son received a message to set up an account with them regarding a debt? He is not in debt but did as told just incase there was a debt that he did not know about. He gave them a reference number and he put it it and said it was wrong name so he tried my name and my details just incase and it has bought up my debt. Surely they have no right to message a member of my family with any reference numbers as they would know my personal details. Who has given them my sons phone number? An Absolute disgrace. How to I go about complaining? I have phoned them up but they want reference numbers etc so i didnt go into any details with them. I have told my son to keep any message from them.

  9. or do i do letter 3 as i should be doing my court claim tomorrow, as that is when the repayment for the fullamount was for. i am going to go for the whole lot as my wedding is not til next year so i have time to wait.
  10. Barclays have offered me £1975 to settle the claim I am claiming £2635 and with the interest added it will be another £800 on top. Really unsure as that is a lot of money to me however an extra £1460 would be fantastic as it shall go in our wedding account. if i phoned up barclays and asked for the £2635 to settle without going to court what would they do as i am willing to settle at that. has anyone phoned them up and had their offer upped? :-| I aven't started court proceeding yet as this is their fourteenth day to get back to me before i put court action. Help greatly appreciated
