Hi I would like some advise I was thinking of reclaiming my bank charges back from the Halifax but the problem is I also have a mortgage account with them too which I have had a couple of default payments. They have been very helpful and understanding and I feel that if I apply for my charges that they will not be very understanding anymore with my mortgage arrears. What do you suggest

Hi Everyone I have just joined and find this site very interesting. I wrote to the Woolwich to reclaim back bank charges, they wrote back 13th April saying that they had received my complaint and that they would be resolving this matter by the 8th June. What should I do? Do you think they are stalling
