Hi ppl need help again i think i have added o/d interst onto my claim instead of the 8% interest will cause a problem with my claim ? if so what should i do? also i revieved a 1st letter from cardiffcounty court which gores like this:- before district judge Hendicott sitting at cardiff county court. upon the courts own motion. The court has made this order of its own initiative without a hearing. If you object to the order, you must make an application to have it set aside, varied or stayed within 7 days of recieiving it. IT IS ORDERED THAT 1. Directions will be given in this case by the designated civil judge, His Honour judge G Hickingbottom, on the 14th august 2007 at 10:30 am at Cardiff civil justicr centre. 2. The parties may appear in person or make written representations as to how the case should proceed provided a copy of the representations is sent to the court and the other side at least 7 working days prior to the hearing. I dont know what to do now. What does this letter mean? and how do i act on it? please can anyone help cheers

Hi my charges reclaim was actioned on the 6th may and i recived a letter stating that the bank (Lloyds TSB) was defending and had now got 28days from the action date which was last sat 2nd june. however i looked on here for info and it says that if you have no reply by this date to post a thread on here can anyone help? does that mean that i win as they have not responded within the time period given ? i did it on money claim. i dont know what to do.
