Hi all, Listen and read on, I was really scheptical about this refund of bank charges, I thought "they will never pay me back as I have been a terrible example of how to manage a bank account", But they have, I just got my reply to my LBA letter I sent off only last Thursday 31st May 2007, I recieved a letter stating that they were still standing by there first reply and they were in the right and the charges were my own fault, However, they have agreed to pay what I wanted! Read all of the advise in this web site and please thoroughly think what you are writing, but! Believe in yourself and do not let the bank swob you off with jargon, they will obviously try to make you feel that you have done wrong and they are right! But they are not! Stick to your guns. Comply with advise. And good luck, but remember, in the end it will be worth it! :-)
