    MCOL Query

My MCOL was issued 0n the 30th May. I did not submit my account no in the Particulars of Claim but I did send my list of charges which contains my account number. Just called MCOL helpline to ask if I could amend my claim but said that the process my take up to 2 months. The new particulars of claim have to be approved by judge before issuing the claim again!!!. Very long process and forms to fill!!! Has anyone been in this situation before? Do you think Nationwide will use that excuse for not paying up?
  13. Congratulations!!!! Well done!
