  1. Basically I rang payday express to setup my pay plan. They asked well over what I could afford. How do I work out a reasonable offer? They stated 1/4 of the loan each month which just cannot happen. thanks in advance
  2. Thanks for the information, I even asked if it could be deducted from my total. I feel the girl on the line was nice enough, asking her manager several times to no effect I'm affraid.
  3. Basically, I was in the process of setting up a payment plan with Payday Express, and agreed to send in my wage slip on Thursday to confirm financial difficulty so they could start a payment plan. Then over the weekend I checked my bank account and they have debited the rollover interest on Saturday, even though I have been in contact every step of the way, saying the letter has been posted, and then again on the Friday to check if it had been received, which they had not. I rang up to see if the interest payment could be refunded, or a least taken off my bill and they said no way. What can I do?
  4. Thanks very much for the quick reply. Do I send both letters to there? Nobody in the family has a cheque book - bugger.
  5. Hello folks I'm about to tackle my own local bank from Northern Ireland. The thing is - due to being a student I was forced into going for a barclay card which is an English bank who are not based within Northern Ireland. The question is whom do I write to for my statements (inc £10 postal order) and where do i return my letter stating my claim? Doing a superb job folks power to the people
  6. Cheers for the reply. From the section with similar posts it seems so. I just couldnt find it with the search function. Power To The People!
  7. Basically one week I was pennyless so I missed a loan repayment and was charged roughly £30, even though the direct debit was only for £70. This then rolled over for a few months (probably 12) with me being charged £30 weekly. Is this possible to claim back from banks? Thanks for the read
