  1. Hi Gary, I have a court date for 14th Sept at Salford County Court and should take no longer than 2 hours. Small Claim Track(Hearing). Directions: Each party must deliver to other party and court all doc's to be relied upon within 14 days of hearing. Original doc's must be brought to hearing. Judge may refuse to consider a doc if not sent to all parties. The parties have the right to have this order set aside, varied or stayed and must be done within 7 days of service, 23rd june. Have already begun preparing a court bundle but any help and advice would be gratefully received. Thanks. 2. Hi Ollie, I have PMed you, hopefully it will work as i have never sent one before, let me know please if you dont get it. Thanks for the advice i will carry on looking thru this site and in particular the threads you mentioned. Once again, thanks.
  3. Congratulations Ollie, well done! I was trawling through some threads looking for some inspiration, as i have a court date in September, when i came across yours and it cheered me up. I particularly liked the line where the judge commented on your "immaculate bundle" have you got any advice on how i could prepare one of these 'cos i'm having a nightmare! Thanks and well done! PS i have tried to put a link to my thread below, if it helps, dont know if it will work though, never done one before. http://http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/lloyds-bank/92426-help-needed-allocation-questionnaire.html
  4. Hi, need some advice again please. Got a court date for 14 September, are these cases still being heard in court in light of the recent OFT announcement, so should i carry on and prepare a court bundle regardless? Also can anyone give me some advice on what i need to include in my court bundle, have seen the template in the library on this site, is there anything else i need to include? Is it advisable to contact SC&M before the court date or just to send them my court bundle 2 weeks before and see if it gets to court. Any encouragement would be gratefully recieved! Thanks
  5. Thanks jshtr3 for the encouragement I did file on MCOL originally but its now been transfered to my local court and i've just returned my AQ. I'll get the info sent off asap and hopefully keep things moving. I see you started yours a month before me, is it still ongoing or have you won?
  6. Hi Barty They asked for the following info: 1. each and every individual amount of the charge that i am claiming. 2. the date of each and every individual charge. 3. how i calculated interest. 4. how i calculated my total sum. 5. confirmation of account number. the annoying thing is that i sent this info to ltsb on 2 previous occasions, suppose this is just stalling tactics though. do you recommend i just send them the info asap and send copies to the court to keep them informed. did you get a similar letter and was your claim sorted quickly as mine feels like its been going on for ages-started it in feb. still not got used to using these posts yet as you will have noticed on my unfinished previous one, i'll keep trying. thanks for the help.
  7. Thanks for the advice Barty. Sorry for the delay in replying, been in hospital for an op.i'm up and about now and on the mend. In the mean time i have now received a "Request for further Information" from Ltsb solicitors, although all the info they request i have already sent to Ltsb on two previous occasions. It seems from what i have read on this web site that its a standard request and that i should give them the info and send a copy to the court. Did you get a similar request?
  8. Can anyone give me some advice please. I have recently received an AQ and have filled it in following the "New Strategy for Allocation Questionnaires" and the "N150 a guide to completion" templates on this site. The points i'm not sure about are; do i have to send a copy of the AQ to LTSB's solicitors and do i need to include copies of spreadsheets and letters of complaint with the AQ. Also worried about compiling all the info mentioned in parts a,b,c, and d in the Draft order for Directions. When do i need to send this info in. Will the court write to me with a new date, or do i need to send it in within 14 days of returning the AQ. I'll probably have thought of a few more qoestions by the time i post this but these will do for now. Thanks for reading and hopefully helping!
