I used to be able to just copy and paste into the thread but since I changed to Firefox, I've had major issues !
-
OK, Part 18 all done now - thanks for the help. I'll get that off recorded tomorrow.
Is there a template follow up letter chasing up on the T&Cs in relation to the CPR 31 request I sent, or do I simply just write to Morgans and refer to my original CPR request. They did say that they were requesting the T&Cs from the Assignor and that they would be forwarded to me in due course but I'm still wating. I honestly cannot remember ever seeing a copy of the T&Cs originally or in my SAR to the OC.
In the meantime, I have received a response to my SAR to Cabot. In the letter, they state that they will be forwarding the information on a CD.
They also state the following:-
Please be advised that Cabot may not hold information such as your original credit agreement or statements on file. In order to obtain this information, we recommend you contact the original lender, who will hold this information as the original data controller. However, in the event that the original lender has supplied Cabot with this information, the documents will be included with your client's Subject Access Data.

Ha, thanks to a fellow Cagger, I don't have one little column in the middle of the page now. I clicked on the arrows to the right of the post (

Click on Prt Sc (usually top right on your keyboard), open a blank Word doc and just press and hold down Ctrl, then press VStill haven't worked out how to do a screen shot):-) -
Firefox works fine for me--version 3.6.9
Funnily enough the post I referred to is not elongated this morning MM! I'm using the most up to date Firefox so it probably is 3.6.9.
The post above has three words (one word per line), it has an advert to the right of it and the rest of the words below the ad!
-
I'm using Firefox and am seeing lots of elongated posts - the above post is one.
On PMs I receive, I have to read them like a column in a newspaper, there's only word per line and sometimes it breaks that word up to two lines. I can't see the whole PM which is difficult when I'm trying to reply to it as I have to keep scrolling up and down to read what I'm replying to! With the old format, I could see the whole PM in it's entirety.
The display shows a great big gap to the right of this post and a slightly smaller one to the left.
Is this just Firefox???

Anyone know where the thread is on problems with the new layout?
I've having a right nightmare on PMs - they're coming through and there's just a word on each line like a column in a newspaper and I can't see the entire PM so have to scroll up and down to read what it says and then try and reply!
I used to be able to see the entire message whilst replying. Anyone know whether it's just me and whether it's something that can be improved to show the whole message?
TIA

Can anyone answer my question in post 233? I can't put the name of the court down until I know where it's going to be.
-
Thanks Rhia
Just a quick question though. As this is still at NCCBC, do I need to put "In the Northampton County Court" on the Part 18 or not as it will shortly be moved to my nearest court. I was going to do it when the AQ arrives.
-
Yes, the tax we owe doesn't relate to that but thanks
-
Thanks UK
Can't say much on this at the moment, suffice to say it was settled out of court. Pity we owe it to the tax man! (Will squeeze a tenner out of it for CAG though!)
It wasn't the money that was an issue though, it was the principle of it!

Hi gh
I did make a request for the T&Cs originally in my CPR 31.12 request and Morgans have said that they have requested these from the Assignor and that they would be forwarded to me in due course.
Nothing so far....

Dotty when you're multi-quoting, say you wanted to quote two posts, click on the far right icon at the bottom of the first post - the one with the inverted commas sign " and the + next to it and then on the final post you want to quote on, click the icon which shows the inverted commas and says Reply With Quote on it x
