thanx for all replys will watch site very carefully till test case is finished it makes me mad that i was so close to getting my money back too but i guess we will have to wait and see if oft brings a good result our way for a change

has anyone actually had thier stay lifted yet has anyone been paid out since oft announced test case just my case is on a stay and i was told to sit tight and wait till test case is finished unless i had a real reason for having the stay lifted ie hardship is this what i should do thanx any adivce would be great

hi because the judge has ordered a stay on my case should i do anything have read about people contesting this is it worth it could it be altered when i phoned court she told me all barnsley case had been stayed to be looked at again in feb if oft case had been resolved

hi i had a letter yesterday from court saying my case has been put on hold awaiting outcome of oft test case so i will now have to wait till that is resolved could be some time anyone got any idea how long this may take thanx

can anyone help i am just waiting for a court date so getting my court bundle ready i do not know what year i opened my account with yorkshire bank so how do i know which trems and conditions i need should i write to my bank and ask them to send me a copy although from reading these threads it looks like they are not sending them out to anyone if i ask for a copy and i keep copys of the letters would this be enough to prove to the judge yorkshire bank have not provided me with this information have they got to provide it by law thanx for any advice given

thanx paul i did not attach my spread sheet of dates and bank charges to my court forms i have now run these off will i be able to take them to court and ask for an amendment to my particulars of claim

can anyone help me i have just recieved a letter from court saying that yorkshire bank want the judge to strike my case out of court as when i filled in my court papers on the particulars of claim i did not put the follwing information in the claim i failed to specify the date and description of the bank charges , which account the charges were levied against , or names of the account holder and did not specify the legal basis on which i bring my claim or why i believe i am entitled to claim back my bank charges please can some one advise what i should do now it is before the judge on 30 may
