Hi, I'm new to CAG but have found the information on the site invaluable. Well done to all those involved in organising! I have issued a claim in my local County Court against LLoyds TSB for a total of £2,368 including court fee. The N205A was deemed served on Lloyds TSB on 7th May and they had until yesterday (21st may) to reply. I have not received anything from them or the court. Do I now just return the lower portion of the form "Request for Judgement" citing that the defendant has not filed an admission or defence to my claim, or am I missing something? Sorry if this seems ludicrously simple! Cheers. Lee
