i was just wondering if you've settled a car finance agreementcan you still reclaim any charges they made you pay and can you also still cca them and take action against them if there is something wrong?

hi, i've only joined today so i'd like to say hi to everyone and to ask for advice. i ordered a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa from land of leather 11 weeks ago and paid with a debit card. when discussing the delivery date with the salesman he said that it would be delivered in six to eight weeks, however under approx delivery date on the order form he wrote eight weeks ( in case there were any delays at customs. i called some time ago and was told by lol that it was expeted into the country on the eigth week from ordering and so i should expect delivery the following week. it is now the eleventh week since ordering and have phoned lol again and they said virtually the same thing but that i should , not that it would, expect delivery in the twelfth week. having read about lol on other threads today i'm starting to get the impression that i'm being fobbed off when i call. so any advice anyone. can i cancel and get a refund as their terms and conditions say i can only do that if they are in breach of our contract of sale and they do say the delivery date is approximate. however how many weeks late would be considered a breach of contract? should i just complain to the store? i've been told that if i complain i should ask for some form of compensation ie free delivery or partial refund. any advice would be appreciated.
