  1. Spot on mate. Mine also was credited as a correction in £999 amounts. They paid the interest and costs the next day....... Good luck to all still waiting, just hang in their girlybiker !! Remember what Eversheds told you earlier. They WILL pay up. It is your money !!
  2. Don't believe it. Tommorrow would be day 28 and i've just checked my account for the thousanth time to find three deposits totalling the amount of my claim (£2234.21). No interest or court costs payed yet and am led to believe they follow in the next few days. Keep the faith girlybiker !! You will get yours tomorrow. Another victory for the man on the street !! Sites like this certainly keep peoples spirits up so stick with it. Never thought for one minute I'd get mine back without having to stand in front of a judge as a gibbering wreck. Thanks to all. Will continue to offer support and encouragement !!
  3. Thats great to hear girlybiker. My 28 days are up tomorrow. Been following your thread closely. Hope you get your money soon. Keep us posted !!
  4. No nothing yet ! No money in account and no defence lodged with MCOL. Been reading a few threads and it appears Nationwide may have changed tactics. Successes seem to be getting few and far between ! Peaple are getting to 28 days are hearing nothing. Wonder if its because they know MCOL may have a backlog ?? Any views would be appreciated !!
  5. Thanks for that......... roll on Weds !! Don't know what I'll do if I win. This site is getting addictive. Checking this and my account details every half an hour !!
  6. Well the 28 days are up on Weds 06/06 !! Just got a query. Because a Bank Holiday fell within the 28 days does this knock the claim back a day or two ?? Getting very nervous as we don't seem to having as frequent successes at the minute !! Feel it will be me standing in front of a judge soon !! A few reasurances would be nice folks !!
  7. Who did you ring as my 28 days are up on Weds 06/06 ??
  8. Made a claim against Nationwide for £2200 through MCOL. Nationwide acknowledged claim on the 9th of May and stated Eversheds would be dfending the claim. Sent additional Schedule of Charges to MCOL and Eversheds just in case. Their 28 days runs out next Wednesday 6th June. Anybody else running to a similar timescale ? Getting very nervous but chuffed to see Whiskas' recent result. 7 days and counting..............
  9. Hi tugs1403 (anything to do with tugs cause I work for a tug company ?). Reason i sent a schedule to the court and to Eversheds was because i read in another thread that MCOL send all details onto a local court near to you. Thread read that it was better for them to have the information at hand otherwise Nationwidecan claim a further 28 days i believe even though you will have sent them a copy of your schedule previously. Hope this helps. Recieved my acknowlegement of service on 09/05 so counting down the days until 06/06. Your 28 days started on 15/05 so you are 6 days behind me. Good luck !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  10. Libby. Also recieved my acknowledgement of service on the 9th May stating Eversheds would be defending my claim. Have since sent them a scedule of charges as well as sending the court a copy. Getting nervous. 12 days to go. Keep checking my bank account every two hours just in case. Why do I get the feeling it will be me having to stand up in court ?? Good luck with your claim !!
  11. Thanks for letting me know 'V'. Reassuring other people are in the same boat. Good luck with your claim. Role on 6th June when their 28 days run out !!
  12. Just got back my acknowledgement of service from Nationwide Building Society. Was served on 09/05/2007. State they are going to defend all of this claim. Named Eversheds (Catherine Price) as their Solicitors. Getting nervous. Is this normal procedure for Nationwide. Feel like I'll be the only one they come face to face in court with........HELP !!!!!
