Hi, How easy has it been claiming from these? I have about 100 pounds worth of charges and was wondering if it had been going to the wire for these to pay out? Thanks in advance

Hi, I had requested around £150 from smile around 5 months ago did all the letters but was told that the case was on hold.. Now I have had further 50 pounds worth of charges. Is it worth me starting the process again,from the start, give them a month, blah and then taking them to court?? As im fed up with waiting.. Thanks

All of it! My brother didn't inform me of the extra paperwork that you have to do now. In the process of getting everything together and photocopied. He gave us a week to sort it out. The judge was surprisingly sympathetic, and disappointed in Lloyd's not turning up, if they had done then his case would had got struck out.

No they did'nt turn up.

We have a week to get in some documents that were missing from the court bundle. Then the case will be re-scheduled.

Hi, I sucessfully claimed back over 3k from Lloyds in June 2006. I have been doing the same proceadure for my Brother who has a court date this afternoon in Northampton. I never even had a court date, I just cant believe how Lloyds are dragging this out now and wasting everyones time! Ill let you know what happens as Im going with him too.

Hi.. Just a quick question.. Received a letter today stating that I was successful claiming £75 of charges back however to my annoyance I’ve managed to receive another two charges totalling £50. Should I start the process all over again or just write back to the sender of the letter. Thanks
