  3. Yeah your right...I'm probably getting into too much of a flap now. I just want to scream it all from the roof tops. £6000 is just sooo much money to me right now. I can't believe it.
  4. Also does anyone know how I can change the title of my thread from 'katieandscott' to 'katieand scott*won*' Just so everyone knows now and can get reasurrence from me that in some cases you may not have to go to court. You may just get lucky!!!
  5. Hey guys thanks for all your responses. To answer your question Dolly its dated the 25th July. I'm hoping that they pay up quick as I know a lot of people have been waiting a while. But hey, I'm not too concerned as put it this way I could still be having to go to court and now I'm not so hurrah! But this whole site has been an amazing help and I couldn't of took on those twats without all the help and support of you lot.
  6. Hi there. I have just recieved a letter from S,C & M this morning with a full and fianl settlement offer. I can't believe it has took you this long to get your money. I guess this will happen to me. I get a funny feeling they don't give money away easily and they like to make you sweat.
  7. Hi guys. Just thought I'd let you all know. That, Lloyds have settled. I've recieved a letter from S,C & M. And as a goodwill gesture they are putting £6324.38 into my account. What a shock. I didn't even go to court or get a court date. They've just settled it like that. My god. I'm shocked. Is that meant to happen???? Wow, I can't beleieve it.
  8. Thanks threeamp! I'm also a tad worried about this whole test case thing. Some people on here have been recieving letters from Lloyds stating that they are going to suspend all cases until the test case has been heard. I hope to god this doesn't affect my claim. I've paid £250 for my claim as its over £5000 and if it gets shelved until further notice I won't be happy. I'm banking on having that back when I win. Ha ha!! And soon too!
  9. Hello again...just a few questions really. I've recieved a letter this morning from the Northampton County Court, with a notice that acknowledgement of service has been filed. I'm not entirely sure what that means......sorry if I'm being blonde but I need to be sure I understand everything properly. It also says that the defendant, has 28 days to file a defence from the 25th July 2007. Does that mean in 28 days I'll be in court??? Sechiari, Clark and Mitchel have also ticked the box...I intend to defend all of this claim, am I still likely to win? They've done nothing but ignore me so far! And now its all staring to get terribly serious! And another thing, why is it still in the hands of Northampton County Court??? I thought it would get transferred to Newcastle County by now! I'm really sorry if these questions are pretty basic, but I haven't got a clue when it comes to all this legal stuff. Please Help!!!
  10. Hi Guys. I've just been watching this mornings BBC Breakfast news and there was a news bulletin stating that all claims against banks for unfair charges are to be scrapped, possibly until the bank do a test case in court. I'm now worried as I've just paid £250 to go to court and I'm worried that mine will be scrapped. Is that a possibilty?
  11. quick update... sent mcol, recieved notice of issue from court. one question though the court is in Northampton, which im guessing is the standard MCOL one. however i Live in Newcastle Upon Tyne will my case be moved locally because Northampton is quite a trip! lol cheers guys.
  12. Hi Guys, MCOL has been completed and submitted, covering letter and schedule of charges will also be sent to the court in Northhampton tomorrow recorded delivery. Does it make a diffrence that Lloyds besides sending me my schedule of charges have not replied to any of my previous letters or my LBA? And also guess what...Llyods have decided to add more charges to my account when or can I add these on to my claim??? Any advice would be grand....
  13. hi sorry to be annoying again but where can i find the 8% interest spreadsheet calculator?? i cant seem to find it. thanks.
