I have recently received a letter from the woolwich saying they are closing my account. ( completely out of the blue) I suspect that my account has gone overdrawn due to their charges. Can I still bring and action against them after the account is closed?

I have had a woolwich open plan account for years which is a cash withdrawal only. I went overdrawn because of charges last year whichaccumulated to over £500. I paid money in to the account to cover these and more but have received a letter from them this week saying they have written off my overdrwn balance (which i didn't know i had) and are closing my account 10 days from the letter. Can I put in a claim to refund the charges if they close the account? I only have 3 days left before they close it!
