I asked Cabot Financial information under the consumer credit act 1974 in march 2009. i just got a letter from them dated 13th october 2009 with the information i asked for. in the pack i got was also a letter from vanquis with the date on the letter 03 march 2009. it says i refer to your recent request for information under section 78 of the consumer credit act in the reference to the above account. i can confirm that you initially applied for one of our cards using the on-line application form 30th june 2006 at 17.28 pm.... but just as i got to the bottom of the page this what they said.......Given the above please be advised that i am therefore unable to forward a hard copy of your application....however please find enclosed a copy of the terms and conditions that were initially sent with the welcome pack and card.... My questions is there is no copy with a tick that says i accepted the terms and conditions many thanks for any help.....
