  9. The money had cleared on the statement on the dates I had stated, not when I had put the money in, I had accounted for an amountof time taken to clear.
  10. Hi I have just recieved my latest bill and been charged interest. I have just cleared over £3000 in 1 month and they still have charged me interest. I cleared by the due date, the bulk of it was 3 days before the due date and the rest was a day before. This left me a zero balance by the next bill due date. I have called them and they say that interest in charged on a daily basis. Is there anything I can do about this?
  11. Hi To which authority should I complain to as I fel I'm am being harrased by Natwest over a CC debt. I have called them and told them I will be catching up with my debt within the next 30 days but they keep calling me and sending letters. I have called them twice and asked them to stop but they say this is an automated response to me being behind. I work in an industry that has autmatic follow up which I know can be stopped and I know that they can stop automatic follow up if they had to. I am not happy with this explanation and have told them I will report this to the relevant authority. To which authority should this be? Thanking you in advance Brindle
  12. I have a laptop on a extended warranty with comet. On the 28th of August i took it for repair. (Hard disk failure) 10 days later they call me up to take the laptop back and phone the customer helpline to confirm with them that the laptop had hard disk failure. Smae day I took it back and they said they will send it off for repair. I have heard nothing back and now have been without my laptop for over month. How long are they allowed to take to repair my laptop? Any information that you can provide that would be great. Many thanks Brindle
  13. Can someone please advise me. I won by default on MCOL. I posted the application of default on 16th of August. Today I recieived my cheque for the default, but YESTERDAY I applied for the warrant and it cost me 55 quid and I am not happy. They had plenty of time to pay up and so I made the decision to apply for the warrant. What do I do about my 55 quid as this is A LOT of money to myself? Many thanks

  16. Can anyone help? I have a mobile phone with a certain provider. On a certain date I made a telephone call and am trying to find out the number that I dialled. After lengthy discussions with my provider, they sent me a itemised bill. On that bill it shows that I did not make any calls that day when in fact I KNOW I did. Is there any company (except my provider) who I can contact to find out what calls were made from my phone (sim)? Also... Is their a complaints body for mobile phone operators, as I am very dissapointed in the way that this has been handled by my operator? Thanking you in advance
  17. Hi... Have already claimed my charges back....KEEP GOING EVERYONE.... But i had a little slip up and they are charging me another £39....Not worried because I know I wil get it back.... What I wantr to knoe are they legally alowed to add this charge onto your account within 7 days of the charge happing? surely there must be some legal standing that says they must give you at least 28 days...For people who get paid monthly for example. Any ideas please let me know... Thanking you in advance....
  18. Hi... First of all, has anyone reclaimed there charges against Natwest Credit Cards? I am claiming on my Credit Card charges. £300 in total. I sent the first 14 notice and have had a reply, which basically says f off we're not giving you a penny. But they also say that they don't care what the OFT says and we continue to charge £20 for any overlimit/late payment fees. Can I complain directly to the OFT to get them to comply with there findings? Also, has anyone else had the reply like I had? I have also already sent my second 14 day notice.Do I still carry on as planned? Any advise is much appreciated in advance!
  19. Hi... My Girlfriend has paid a company over £2000 to renew her visa for her. This company has gone bankrupt. She has not yet got her visa or been told she can't have a visa and has to start again. Is there anyway she is able to reclaim this money as she has not had the service completed?   20. Have just submitted my court proccedding for the return of my money.... Previous to that I recieved a gesture of goodwill offer which I accepted but not as full settlement... At the bottom of my letter is stated that any future penalties that occured will stand... Surely they are just trying to enforce this as a legal standing or can we just ignore this? I would like someway of just saying to them....You charge me again and will end up in court again if needs be... Any comments of thoughts? GL EVERYONE KEEP GOING....
  21. Of course its worth it.... I claiming back £910 from the halifax and they offered me £150 as a gesture of good will.... I wrote a letter back saying thanks for the £150 now I want the rest... KEEP GOING..... Its your money.... If I dipped into your account and stiole £952 you would want me put in prison.... Just don't let them get away with it.... GL and KEEP GOING....
  22. Hi.... I have all the dates of the charges to my account which I got from my statements... I know how much i was charged and when... Do i need to know exactly what they are for? ie..failed dd or going overdrawn? or can I proceed into reclaiming my charges? cheers
  23. I have a card cash account with halifax and I payed in a cheque on the 18 March and it cleared today....Thats 10 days!! Its ludicrous......... They take so long to clear cause the banks make interest off the cheque by delaying it....
  24. Update.... Sent the letter.....'Repayment of Charges' on Monday.... Totalled up 6 years worth of statement and the total was £910.... Waiting for there reply.... Keep going everyone!!!!
