  1. Like you guys I received an unless order from Abbey, and have now received a letter from Court in Southend telling me my case will be struck out unless I respond in 21 days. Anybody help on what grounds I have to continue and what likelihood there is of winning, and what costs might be involved if I dont. Thanks for any advice you kight be able to offer
  2. Likewise to BB and RMM got my letter today ordering a stay and am pretty miffed. Would like to apply to have the stay lifted but not clear on what grounds I could apply. I will certainly be emailing my MP to try and put some pressure on.
  3. Absolutley! Continue I'm sure the banks are hoping that this will put a lot of people off. Dont let it!
  4. Good idea I think we should try something.Just as I was beginning to warm up my acceptance letter of their settlement of my claim in full we get a test case which could go on forever. Whatever it takes, I'm getting my money back! Dont lose heart folks.
  5. good to meet you today newbody and it was great to see abbey numpty brief or whoever she was getting a real hard time. methinks she must be sitting at home thinking I've had better days. Have to say my confidence is redoubled after this and for anybody still to attend Southend it really is going to be ok. I was in at 1030 and the judge was already looking peeved he must have had the right hump by 3pm. Well done one and all
  6. Yep take everything you have and dont listen to the numpties at the court who said you need to take anything. Judge most definately on our side
  7. Just returned from Southend and to reiterate what newbody said, abbey appeared to have 'not recieved' anything Judge seemed a tad miffed with abbey solicitor who was clearly underprepared. The fight continues and just a bit more hair lost.
  8. Sorry folks my time should be 1030
  9. add my name to list I am there for allocation and case management
  10. Thanks for your help i will ring the court and find out what this means. As a novice at this I am concerned that I have not gone through the correct process
