i sent a letter to first direct asking for my t & c from 1999 when i first opened my account and they very nicely sent them to me, try asking politely, there's nothing to lose.

my son is at the same stage as you so it is for his benefit as well that i get things right, but feeling a little bit out of my depth with different forms to fill in etc

just received a notice of transfer of proceedings, a defence has been offered by kate eaves with dg solicitors acting for them, don't understand what to do next with counter claim! can somebody help me please?
