Hi, I have recently sent a final letter to LloydsTSB stating that I want my £70 charge reimbursed or I will take court action. I never thought it would come to this over £70, if I have had no reply by Friday then I will persue court action, the only thing is I am not sure exactly how to proceed with this, and what the costs will be, what if I lose? Is this going to cost me hundreds? all help would be very much apprecaited. Regards Rich

Hi, I have been charged today for the amount of £70 by Lloyds for an unpaid S/O. I had 2 SO's setup to come out of my account on the 2nd of every month, however my wages did not go into my account last month (April) until the 3rd April, so they charged me £35 for each unpaid SO, I emailed them on the 2nd to ask if I would get charged as the money was not there, but they took a few days to reply, and even then asked me to call them with more info, so no mention of a charge. I have sent a letter asking for a refund but they just replied with there charges are fair, and this was done as the money transfer could not take place, and all new customers are told this, I am not a new customer I have been with them for over 12 years. I have just sent them a 2nd letter detailing that I am not happy with there initial response, and that if the money is not refunded within 7 days I will take court action. Am I right in doing this, or should I just accept the charges? Thanks
