hi, yeah im doing uite well now, ive got everything sorted i went through all my letters off the bank last night and all my statements and get this, i was checking my statements because i wanted a time when the bank had charged me for going a couple of pound overdrawn so i could make and example of it and on the very first page there it was - i was into my overdraft by -£397.40 (£400.00 limit) and they then took out intrest on the overdraft at £3.65 making my account -£401.05 overdrawn by £1.05, they then charged me £25 and additional £8 for the next 3 days - how do they justify that anyway ive got everything i need i think all thats left to do is copy the whole thing its gonna take ages but worth it hope yours is going good aswell and good luck thanks:-)

your probably right, i thought about this months ago when i started my claim, i wonder if anybody has been or done anything similar thanks

just a quick one are claiments able to update their list of charges from the last time they sent them to the bank i.e say i sent my list of charges back in january and ive gone all the way through the procedure as to i have a set court date, but during the months between january and the court date i have been again charged, am i able to try and claim these charges aswell or would i have to start a new claim ???

yea mandy these are all in the 44 page bundle (i should have specified what was in this) and i think the Default Banking Charges - PIMS Early Day Motion is the same as early day motion from H o P but im going to double check that now the only thing that still confuses me is this witness thing do i need it? or is it just a statement to say everything i am providing is true to my knowledge? im going to have to re read some more threads on this area of the court bundle i think thanks

i think im going to do the whole bundle in transcript form, i have a feeling work are not going to be happy at me clogging up the photo copier for the next few days lol its going to be around 200 pages for me then for the bank then for the courts, what a faff on but i know it has to be done.

mine to is 2pm such a coincidence. i think that each person gets allocated a set 30 mins tho but i will be cheering you on from the back of the court room lol. kieran

just read your thread mandy and its helped alot, i am right in saying that all the press releases, articles, terms ect you have in your bundle you obtained from this site by searching the relevent topics? also with media coverage such as the mcnamara interview have you put this onto a cd or have you got hold of a text copy? one more thing when printing all the different articles off how have you set it out i.e have you printed it from a web page or have you copied everything into a word document and then numbered the page i wouldnt usually ask so many questions but im getting nervous now its going to court thanks again kieran:)

thanks welshlass so everything in the 44 pages is relevent, i dont have to take parts out that may not concern my case? its just that after reading through most of it i thought 'i dont understand this' and didnt want to get tripped up in court, or for the banks to fins something in my bundle that they can say 'ah ha weve got him on this one'.....if you get what i mean? im going to have a look at your thread but please if you get anymore info let me know much appreciated:)

guys, you have no idea how glad i am to read a post were i am at the same stage. i too found the court bundle daunting and hopefully wanting some advice on, mainly do i print the full 44 pages? anyway i too am from middlesbrough conalot so i will be very interested to see how your claim goes and any info you can give me. my date is set for 7th september but my bundle has to be in by 17th july so im trying to get a head start now i know it sounds as if im stupid and i have no idea what im putting in my bundle but if you get anywere near completion of your bundle would you be so kind to thourough list what you have put in so i have a greater understanding of what i need many thanks

hi all after reading some success storys on this website everything looks so easy, but i am in the midle of trying to sort out my court bundle and i cant help feeling so out of my depth. ive got the zip file for the basic court bundle and after reading alot of the 44 pages :o i honestly do not understand most of it. the first few pages are recent case law to penalty charges, what will this do for me in my favour? should i only be taking parts of this bundle or all of it? I literally have everything i need like break down of charges, all bank statements, all corospondence through me the bank and the court, i just feel like im missing all the vital info that i will need to rely upon. if i use this basic court bundle, am i going to get quized on this? will they ask why im using it? what relevence does it have? can you explain what section .... part.... means? :eek: im now dreading it getting to court as i would hate to be in any uncomfortable position like the above. im sorry for going on but its getting close to deadline (17th july) that i need to produce my bundle, can anybody go through this with me who might has been in the 'court position' i would greatly appreciate any help i get many thanks kieo

hi. im so glad to see someone from yorkshire bank win as im currently in the process ( court date 7th september) going to court one thing i am really worried about is my court bundle i understand that i will need all letters i have sent to the bank and all letters recieved, bank statements.....but what else can anybody who have prepared a bundle please suply me with a breakdown of this i would be most greatfull thanks

attention of louis wu and anybody who could help so let me get this straight, if i print off the court bundle zip file (deleting the italics) and then add my own documents i.e statements, charges ect thats my court bundle? i dont need to delete stuff and just keep the relevent stuff for my case? its just some of the 'relevent cases' seem irrelevent? but i havnt a clue on the legal sides of things !!! i havnt been issued a court date as yet, just waiting for the letter off the court but im wanting to get all my ammo together as growing numbers of cases are failing,
