Olliebollie, Also had transfer of Proceedings yesterday. Your case has been transferred to Oxford by Judge Murdoch. I'm in a similar position as you with having to visit my Father-in-Law. Could do without this stress as well. Was also worried about the AQ being crossed out but looks like the norm now. Just hope they can start moving the whole process along faster.
