Hey at least you tried LOL it took me a few tries to get it right i think i wrote it on here somewhere for someone.... Thanks kia i'll go take a look, this is the letter i got from the court IT IS ORDERED THAT His honour Judge etc.. siting at teeside combined court center consider ed the papers in this case and upon it appearing that the issues in this claim are identical to those likely to be the subject of proceedings in the commercial court between the office of fair trading and certain financial institutions ("the test cases") pursuant to an agreement made on 25th July 2007. Ordered that: 1) This claim is stayed until on calendar month after final judgment in the test cases (including appeal) or 31st Oct 2008, whichever be the soonest. 2) Either party may upon notice to the other party apply to lift the stay at any stage up to the earliest of the two dates provided for in para 1 above 3)If no application is made to lift the stay or seek further directions before the earliest of the dates provided for in para 1 above, the claim shall stand dismissed without further order: 4) Because this order has been made by a court without considering representations from the parties, the parties have the right to apply to have the order set aside, varied or stayed. A party wishing to make an application must send or deliver the application to the court (together with any appropriate fee) to arrive within 14days of this service order. Dated 06th Sept 2007

Hi guys Long time no hear Sorry I've been off unfortunately my little step sis pasted away a sad shock to all of us. Hence the reason i haven't been on at all Anyway I'll update u all and need some advice had a defense off Abbey then on the 28 day deadline had a letter from the court saying they have issued a stay and i have 14 days to apply to get it lifted. i am at a loss of what to do now?? haven't had time to read up lately so can someone point me i the right direction of what to do now. Hi All Received a letter from Abbey stating they will apply for a stay so I'll have to wait for that to happen i suppose. But never mind ay i''l keep an eye on u sapphire, Sounds like will all have to go down the same track as u. anyway good luck.. Thanks Deedee makes my 28 days up on the 8th so sooner than i thought. Hi sapphireeyes I'm finally back on line, Thank God so have u heard anything yet??? I got and acknowledgment today saying they are defending the case in full. So I'll just have to wait and see I've never received an GOGW yet, but i suppose it depends who deals with u a bit of a lottery situation i think. anyway hope u get a good out come today I'll keep checking in to see how your doing Take care Loz

Hi received a notice of acknowledgment yesterday saying Abbey intends to defend the claim in full. What happens now it says i have to wait 28 days is this working days or including weekends does anyone know? Getting butterflies now how long do you think it will be before i hear from the Abbey or receive they're defense? Thanks guys for all your help so far

Hi Deedee Hope you have a great holiday and it's supposed to be hot in Spain at the mow. Don't forget plenty of sun cream LOL. I have only had notice of issue so I'll let you know what the acknowledgment of service says for abbey's address when i get it. i have peace at the moment my boy stayed over night grandma's and my sister in law has my had my 2 yr old over night mmmmmm peace. I fully expect it to be shattered any minute. Anyway have a good hol, I'm sure you will. Loz

Hi ya my kids are 7 and 2 yrs I have a very good mother in law i know they should be bad but i am lucky she is great and has my 7 yr old all summer i do take to weeks off but she does the rest my two year old goes to a child minder while I'm at work. I got a letter off the court today confirming issue. so I'll just have to wait it out. fingers crossed ay. Loz

Hooray Hooray I'm Back. Been a nightmare anyway finally accessed my Abbey charges files and at long last submitted my N1 yesterday How long has did that take LOL, never mind it's all done now. Anyone know what the norm is now with the test case on the horizon. How are you guys getting on ??????? Have a good summer hols my kids are bored already Loz
