I finally received my data on 5 July. I sent a lba letter on 6 July. they replied on 30 July saying they would not be making any refund. I sent another letter on 14 August saying they had 14 days to provide an offer before I proceed to court. They should have responded by 28 August but heard not yet. I will be sending them another letter saying they have an extra 10 days then I am going to court.

My case has been transferred to my local court and stayed. Guess will just have to wait now. does anyone have an idea when the case will be heard? thanks.

I went ahead with my claim without these 'other' charges - they were only for pence, not pounds, so could not be bothered with them in the end. I finally got an offer for the full amount. This was on 20 July. I then sent back a letter saying that I would accept the offer but would not sign their agreement becasue it said that I could not make any other claims with morgan stanley - and I had another 2 claims on the go. However, I have not heard anything back since then. As I have so many claims on the go, I have been a bit slow to follow this one up as it was only £40. However, can anyone suggest what I should do now. Many thanks.

I have now received a cheque for £204 from MBNA. I have now claimed back £900 on various credit cards, but got another £3700 to go, but some of these have been stayed until the outcome of the test case! I will be making a donation at the end of my claims. I would not have been able to do it without the help of this website - thanks!

Sent request for SAR - 24 April sent cheque off my own back - 16 May sent letter on non-compliance and that i will be going to court in 7 days if no response. 18 July - received letter saying that they will get back to me. 19 Aug and still not heard back from them. what should i do now? thanks.

HSBC have now filed a defence and I have received a Notice of Transfer of Proceedings. This letter was dated 4 July. I received a separate letter from HSBC dated 21 June (although it did not arrive until end June) offering me £1386 of my £1631 claim. Do I have to acknowledge this letter? This is the first letter HSBC have sent me(except for their letter in April saying they would be investigating my claim) since they ignored my LBA and follow up letters. Grateful for any advice. Also, guess I need to send a nudge letter to DG now? Thanks.
