Anyone?

Ok i have read this entire thread and i am now left extremely confused :-? If i give permision for some one to log info on my credit report and give someone permision to ask a credit reference agency if they hold any info on me can i still ask the credit reference agency not to give out any info on me as i have only given people permision to ask for the info i have not given the cra's permision to disperse such info? Does that make any sense what so ever or am i slowly going insane due to information overload? Kind regards Nicky
