Hi just new to the forum. Already sent my third letter now stating that i will be taking lloyds tsb to small claims court. Can anyone give me some advice. Trying to get back £416.23. I know it doesnt seem much but its the principle. Any advice welcome . Thanks

Hi just joined the forum today. Think its great. I have now sent my third letter to lloyds tsb to tell them i will be taking them to a small claims court. Feeling quite unsure as to what will happen next. Any advice would be appreciated. The last letter said that if we could not come to an agreement they would provide me with the details of the Financial Ombudsman Service. Is there any hope for me. I am trying to claim back £416.23. Thanks

Any advice would be appreciated. They have told me in the last letter that if we cannot come to an agreement they will provide me with details of the Financial Ombudsman so they can consider my complaint indepenently. Where do i go from here. Thanks
