  3. Hi, I'm new to this site and am a little confused. Basically, I've just learnt that bank charges are illegal. My OH has been charhed several times for been overdrawn without an overdraft. e.g her balance went below £0.00 and she was charged £25 for having no overdraft and £25 for them putting up the money for the DD until she could get some money in her account. (which was always the next day as i leant her it, and paid straight into her account CASH). Is this a case where she can claim her money back? and if so can you point us in the right direction. Thanks Andy
