Hi my claim of £500 inc costs was initially rejected by alliance & leicester. My claim is now with Dudley Court and AQ has been dispensed. I have responded to the court stating I wish to continue. Since then, a&l have still declined by claim but offered £300 of my original claim, which is £200 short. I have responded to a&l that I am unhappy with this offer and will continue with case until a satisfactory offer received. Because I have declined their offer am I now restricted to the court process or can I go back to a&l and negotiate another sum? Also how long before I am due in court - I have not heard anything for two weeks?

Dudley County Court -the AQ are being dispensed.

Hi two weeks ago A&L defended my claim against them for £400 (via moneyclaim). Any tips, as I presume I will be seeing them court?
