  1. just had letter offering me half of the claim rang them up and declined and they offered me the full amout excluding interest that will do niceley thanks all of you a donation will be on its way:)
  2. Hi just submitted my N1 to the court with my spreadsheet so just sit back and see what happens now hopefully doesnt take to long as cars just broken:)
  3. JUst spoke to halifax because letter before action 14 days is up tommorrow and was hoping we could sort this out and was told your letter of the internet is wrong we have up to 8 weeks to look at your case so whoose right shall i file form n1 tommorrow or not
  4. do you think i should ring them to try and sort it out over the phone or at least check that they have recieved my letter before action
  5. Just thought id quick update you ive sent the letter before action been a week so far and no word back from them as yet,just hoping we dont have to go down the court route but knowing my luck we will have to

  7. Hi i posted a thread for advice on how to handle a letter i have recieved in my other thread jones vs halifax yesterday at 14.00 and i havent recieved any replys should i ignore this letter i.e is it a standard letter.
