  1. My court case has been "stayed to await the outcome bank charges test case to 1st august 2008". I've also had a letter from FD stating they'll be back in touch when the outcome of the test case is announced. So do I get everything ready or should i await the outcome of the test case? Also my understanding of the court notice is that i shall be due in court on 1st August 2008, but my husband isn't so sure, any clarification would be greatly appreciated.
  2. Hi All I've finally taken the plunge and started court proceedings against FD - Claim totals £9404.08 incl. interest. As they have been defending their charges completely - no offers at all!! I have received notice that a Defence has been filed and have an Allocation Questionaire (N150) to fill in. I'm confused about the "Witness to which facts" bit - do I put 'all'? Also I do not understand the Proposed Directions bit as per the template can someone translate this part of the template so i can understand what I'm writing. I'm getting quite scared, i haven't received anything from their solicitors as yet, is this normal procedure for them now? Is there anything else I should know? :? Please help
  3. Hi All I recently found your site when looking for reclaiming resources. It's brilliant and certainly makes me more confident in my quest to get my money back where it should be. I 'm due to take my claim against First Direct to the Court this week as I have received the response to second letter - bank doesn't agree with my contentions....blah blah blah. I was expecting that as it's a large claim £6720 without interest, £8220 with.
