hi there seahorse im so glad i was looking around the cag today and found your thread i had just phoned cabot today to settle 3 accounts they have for me but when i seen this i hope you dont mind i copied your letter and sent them off for S.A.R's on each account and refusing to pay till i get any evidence how do i join your fan club by the way?

I have sent off my subject data request and £10 charge and recieved a letter from the bank stating due to high demand this may take longer than the 40 days. The 40 days has now well past is there anything i can do to speed up this process or is this illegal on their part help please.!!!!

i recieved today all the charges the bank have charged me in the last two years and this works out at £1385. Does anyone know how to work out the interest on this and what interest rate i should use any help much appreciated.

As i live in scotland i was informed to go through the Financial Obdsmusman as i would not be able to claim all my money back through the small claims track.Can anyone give me advice on how i should go about this please.

just about to send my lba still not recieved my list of charges from abbey had an explosive argument on the phone the other day with some muppet.When i said it was against the law to be taking these charges and i mentioned the oft report i was informed this only applied to credit cards.I then recieved an information booklet about how to complain in the post this morning addressed to my wife stating with reference to your call,which i found strange as it was me who spoke to them.I aint given up that easy im going to get all my money back with interest.

Im new to this site and need some help.Ive sent out my dpa letter to the clydesdale bank but i know myself the claim will be in excess of £10,000 any help or advice would be grateful on which route i should take etc etc
