SLC Cannot Supply The Original Agreement
gill5blue replied to baconbuttyman's topic in Student loans/SLC
Does that mean the ORIGINAL? Because I suspect that they have scanned the original to a computer and then shredded the original agreement, which could mean people are recieving a printed copy of the scanned agreement and not a photocopy of the original agreement, also this means they cannot produce the Original in court Cheers -

Hi, I am curious, If the money we recieve from the Banks etc is given to us as a gesture of goodwill, will we be able to reclaim again if the OFT OR whoever is investigating the banks at the moment, decide the banks were wrong and instructs them to repay. We see it as charges refunded, but the banks do not Any thoughts everybody?

I think we have been brainwashed in to believing the banks are correct in what they say and do, maybe they were years ago but now they just seem to grab at any money possible -

Thanks for that I have looked there and it was helpful I used one of the templates and have requested payment again, stating that they are incorrect and to repay the charges
