Hi, Naturally the bank have denied me my bank statements (twice now), I have written the third template letter giving them 7 days or face court action. Does anyone know where I can find a template for the Particulars of claim for this if they don't comply as I can't find it anywhere... I am a bloke so my hunter gatherer skills have diminished since the stone age... Thanks if you can help...

Hi Everybody, Sent the ist letter to the HSBC on 15th May, got a reply back saying that they would not be complying with my request for statements as they were waiting for the outcome of some other case. I can post the details of the letter if you need to see it, I have also drafted a response to that saying regardless of any other cases they still have to comply with my request for the statements under the terms of the Data Protection Act, I will post that also as I would like feedback on it before I send it! ________________________________ Further to my letter of the 15th May 2008 I have yet to receive my complete list of transactions and charges relating to my banking history. May I remind you it is your responsibility to comply with my request under the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998, you now have 17 working days in which to supply me with my full banking history with your organisation. Failure to comply will be seen as a breach of those terms and a detailed report will be sent to the data commissioner and I will commence legal proceedings at the County Court under the Data Protection Act 1998.
