WON.... Received my AQ on Tuesday, filling it out today (Friday) and then the postman turned up with a cheque for the full amount. Nationwide sent a letter with the normal denials, but who cares. hang in there, they will relent once they have played their waiting game.

My MCOL finished yesterday (12th) and it has not been defended, but i am going to wait until next Tuesday (17th) before i do anything. They may pay out or they may put a late defence in. Better to wait a little than to rush into a judgement situation that they seem to like playing. -
my MCOl is up tomorrow evening and i had not put my interest onto my claim as i thought that this would speed up the process. Can i amend my claim at court if they decide to defend? If so, could i also drop an email off to Mr Bacon to suggest settling before i make the amendment?

I am at the court stage and i keep reading that you guys that have won have had your money paid back in to your accounts. I closed my account before starting the reclaim so can anyone tell me how i will be reimbursed? Also, i done my claim at the court in person, but is there any way that i can keep a tab off what is going on online? Keep up the good work.

just joined and looking forward to the chat. made a claim at small claims court against Nationwide and they have decided to "defend all of the claim". Has anyone been to this stage, and what happens next?
