Thank you Alan for your quick response,it was very welcome. Having someone to help when you don't know where to turn is a great relief. I believe that Account cover plus is a form of protection if you lose your job or you become ill . Can I ask them for all my statements to under the DPA? they only let you look at 5/6 months online.Thanks again Nadine

Hi Everyone Can anyone help I have a an amount on Choice catalogue I have made small payments over the past 6/8 months but it hasn't become any lower infact the inital amount has gone up everytime I pay whether it is £20-00 £40-00 they add a £ 15-00 charge because I am in arrears and on top of this something called Account Cover Plus ? If they continue to do this I will never pay it off. Sometimes I have to pay less than the £15-00 therefore iot is a complete waste of time Any suggestions / help /advice will be mnost welcome Can I treat the charges penalties the same as the banks? I have been reading the FAQ's etc etc etc with a friend who is a member I decided it was such a great site that I would join myself. Sorri if I rambled on . Thanks Nadine
