they are now saying that it came the day after the deadline ,sounds like i can't do anything about it nozz

hi all just found this site loads of good info,hope i can get some help,here goes i took out a second car policy with adrian flux , paid in 4 monthly parts of £65.00,before the last payment was due i got a letter saying they had not got my proposal form and they would be cancelling my insurance,i phoned them to explain that it was posted by recorded delivery(no longer have proof)they said that another one would be sent to me,which i got a few days later i completed it and posted by recorded delivery (still got proof) a few days later i get a letter informing me my insurance is cancelled,phoned them to find out why,i was told they had not got my form(last installment took out of bank) and i was only entitled to £16 back after all fees were took out,this totally p$$$ed me off is there anything i can do about it i hope this makes sense nozz
