Hi, wonder if you can give me some advice.
My son took 3 loans from Prov of roughly about 2000 ea...something I knew nothing about.
He has since lost his job in early 2017 and is now incarcerated.
I called Prov in July 2017 to let them know he was in no way able to make any payments and the person I spoke with said she'd make a note on the file.
I've since received 2 statements from them and it looks like interest is being added to them.
I don't know how long he's away for but I'm wondering if there could be any come back on my part.
He lived with me at the time he took the loans out.

Hi all, am new on this site and am just browsing to see how people are getting on with reclaiming their bank charges. Just had a letter from my bank offering me a refund of £395 (and they will drop charges due to be taken from account next month) as a gesture of goodwill. This sum is approximately what they have taken from my acconut in past 5 months or so - never mind the past 6 years!. I hadn't used any of the standard letters letters posted on various websites - just wrote them an ordinary letter. Needless to say, it is now nearly 2 weeks since I requested copy statements; am not happy with their offer and am wondering where I go from here. I will obviously have to write to them again as they will deposit the suggested in my account if I do not get back to them in the next 10 days. Shall I now turn to one of the offical letters threatening court action?
