Hi,i sent my 14 day letter requesting the money back on one of my accounts,got a letter today saying that these charges are fair,what o i do next?hope someone can anwer my question,thanks.

Its been 70 days now since i wrote to A&l asking for my statements,sent a letter telling them i was going to court,i phoned them and they said it had been sent 2 weeks ago,i phoned the local court for a n1 form,not sure what to do next,can anyone help,also what is the n1 all about help!!!

Hi,my 40 days will be up this week,i spoke to someone on the phone from A&L and they were not very helpful at all! So do i send the second template letter now?and tell them i will take them to court if they fail to reply in 7 days?Its all very confusing.Can someone help,Thanks.

HI,me again ive just been on the phone to Alliance and Leicester,asked them why my statements hadnt been sent yet as its been 32 days,was told by some stroppy advisor that it was 40 days from when the £10 fee cheque was cashed,is this right?
