Hi, Just had a reply from the Woolwich for the 1st letter claiming back my money. It said thanks v.much. We are looking into matters etc. Will reply by 30th April. The date they've given will be much longer than the 14 days stated in the letter. Do I go with the 14 day time schedule?

I have about £500 in interest to claim, if / when it gets to court. Good luck. Let me know when you get the letter. Kay

Hi Just begun a claim against the Woolwich. Followed the advise on this site and now have a list of charges. Have now sent off Letter 1, requesting the money back with the list as shown in the templates. Hopefully I will hear something soon. Will let you know how I get on. If anyone else has claimed against the Woolwich I'd be grateful to hear how you got on.
