Hi all I have reading this site for a couple of weeks and have sent the 1st letter to Halifax but thats not my immediate problem We have been given an eviction date of 25/04/07 this arrived in a hand posted envelope yesterday 11/04/07 My question is does the court document have to be 100% correct as the address is misspelt I cant find my original credit agreement to check on that but I have found GMAC have registered the address missing an R on the land registry are these documents enforcable?
