  1. Cheers!, and weirdly there we're no conditions?
  2. I had a court data of 22 May (which I was panicing over since I have an exam in the afternoon) checked my account on friday and noticed the money in full had been payed in by lloyds, then I get a letter through the door from their solicitors saying: "You are advised at this stage that by our client meeting your claim on this occasion, this is not to be treated in any way as an admission of liability. This is merely an attempt to resolve the matter amicably between the parties concerned. We therefore trust you shall write to XXXXXX county court to confirm that the claim has been settled once the funds have been received and provide this office with a copy of the letter for our clients records." Guess I better write to the courts!
  3. I have to admit, I'm a little confused about what to put in other information (appart from whats mentioned in the AQ guide - i.e court time etc) Is it important to include the draft order thats mentioned? oh and do i need to acknowledge their 9 point defence?
  4. Hi Gary, Thanks for replying, I'll start reading!
  5. Hi everyone, this is my first post here, I'm a bit concerned that lloyds have decided to defend my case (i also have to pay an additional 100 pounds as my claim is over 1500) Their defence (attached to the AQ) has 9 points on it. would it be worth posting what they have defended? I really don't know what to put on my AQ (i've read their are tactics to how to fill out the aq to ensure the defendants dont stall further) please can someone point me in the right direction. (i really didnt think it would get this far!)
