Hi everyone, i am in the middle of trying to claim back my bank charges from Halifax. i had previously claimed back charges from Barclays and had no problem at all. Having spoken to Halifax and the Financial Ombudsman this morning i have been informed that they have 8 weeks to respond to a request for repayment regardless if you instigate court proceedings. Does anyone know if this is correct? LinkzJamaica.
